Chad Pilon
Chad Pilon has fought exclusively for the rights of consumers and injured persons throughout his career. He brings with him a passion for standing up for his clients against powerful corporations and seeing that his clients achieve the maximum outcome. Before joining the firm, Chad initially focused on protecting the rights of the elderly who were injured in hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. He also has handled catastrophic injury cases in the areas of automobile collisions,
trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, products liability and other negligence, and wrongful death.
Chad has built a solid reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients through litigation, trial and negotiated settlements. He has consistently shown his ability to achieve results both in and out of the courtroom. Chad conscientiously attacks each case with trial in mind and builds the case from day one in an effort to maximize his efficacy to his clients.
Chad is currently a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where he participated as an Assistant Editor for the Stetson Law Review. Chad also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration from Florida State University. He is currently licensed to practice in both Florida and Mississippi Courts, and has been admitted on a temporary basis in the State of Tennessee.
Money damages can never truly make a person whole. Chad understands this concept and works to resolve each case with both monetary recovery, and a sense of justice and closure. Through careful case selection, extensive legal and factual research, and a dedication to every detail, Chad is prepared with the intimate details of each case he handles. Like each case, each client is unique and an integral aspect in the furtherance of the case. Chad enjoys developing relationships of trust, confidence, and availability with his clients to fully understand them and work with them to achieve a common goal.
