Born and raised in Orlando, Mr. Curry attended the University of Central Florida, where he graduated with honors with a double major in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Curry also received cum laude honors for graduating in the top 10% of his class. Upon graduating from UCF, Mr. Curry accepted a scholarship at the University of Florida – Levin College of Law, the top-ranked law school in the state of Florida. During his time at the University of Florida, Mr. Curry was elected to a position on the executive board of the prestigious UF Law Moot Court Team. He also served as a member of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, in addition to being selected as a teaching assistant. Mr. Curry graduated from the University of Florida – Levin College of Law, with cum laude honors, which is a recognition for graduating in the top of his class.
Before Mr. Curry had even graduated from law school, he had already sought out and secured a position working for a law firm that focused on helping accident victims and their families. Mr. Curry is a zealous advocate for his clients, and he believes that the best way to help his clients is to pursue their claims diligently and aggressively.
Mr. Curry handles cases that arise out of auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, slip or trip and falls, negligent security, products liability and defective drugs and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Curry has handled many cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, including cases valued in excess of $1,000,000.00.
Mr. Curry is currently a board member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Justice Association, regarded as the premier trial lawyer organization for the State of Florida. Additionally, Mr. Curry is also a member of the local Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.
